SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped directly from our US Warehouse. This means US orders are not subject to any import duties, taxes or tariffs.
Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Unfortunately not! However we offer next day delivery if you place your order before 2:00PM.
Yes, there are no additional import duties/taxes fees applied after you checkout.
All orders placed before 2PM are dispatched on the same day. Shipping timeframes depend on which shipping option you opt for at checkout. Please visit our shipping and delivery page for more information.
SIZING
Please view our size guide here.
All our products include a fit guide with sizing recommendations and model sizing. Each garment also states whether the stye runs small or large based on customer feedback and fabric.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a custom design service or accept any requests to alter garments.
RETURNS

Please ensure you include the following in your subject: US ORDER #(insert order number) & reason for return
Once we receive your return and it has been approved, we ask to allow between 1-3 for your refund to be processed.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank provider.
Unfortunately, if your desired exchange size is sold out, a store credit will be granted instead.
