Once you have received your 'pick-up' email confirmation, please collect your item as soon as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- You have 7 days to pick up your item/s, after this time frame you must purchase a shipping label. If a shipping label is not purchased within 5 days then you will not receive your item/s or a refund. This does not apply if an alternative arrangement is agreed on.

- 24/7 Surveillance is present at our pick-up locations. Any theft or damage will be captured and reported.
