SHIPPING
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Dispatch and shipping are two separate timeframes. Dispatch is how long it takes us to prepare your order; shipping is how long it takes to reach you once dispatched. Both timeframes are listed clearly on each product page. Please allow for both when planning your delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not do same day delivery.
There is a possibility you will be charged import fees (or similar) when importing your goods (we are Australian based). This varies from where you are located and is paid to the transportation company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge. We unfortunately have no control over this. SIZING
Every style on our site includes a detailed size guide — just look for the size guide button on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for gowns and sizing down for fitted sets. Still unsure? Email us at customercare@hntrthelabel.com.au and we'll help you find your perfect fit.

All our products include a fit guide with sizing recommendations and model sizing. Most of our styles are true to size. Any exceptions are noted directly in the product's fit notes on the product page based on customer feedback and fabric.
PRE ORDER
Ready-to-ship items are in stock and dispatched within our standard timeframe. Pre-order items are made to order — the production timeframe is listed clearly in each product description. Pre-orders allow you to secure a style before it sells out.
Once a pre-order has been placed and 24 hours have elapsed, it cannot be canceled. Pre-orders involve deposits placed to produce your garment, as they are made-to-order pieces. Alternatively, store credits may be granted within 6 days of purchase.
We don't currently offer custom design or alteration services, but we're always designing new styles — follow us on Instagram to stay across new drops.
RETURNS
We want you to love your HNTR piece. If something isn't right, you can submit a return through our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and has the tags still attached.
Please note: sale items and items purchased with a discount code (excluding our newsletter discount) are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.

Once we receive your return and it has been approved, we ask to allow between 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank provider.
If your requested size isn't available when your return arrives, we'll issue you a store credit so you can use it as soon as it restocks. You can also join the waitlist on the product page to be notified first.
